    Order Processing Time

    Processing time (prior to shipping) depends on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method (Standard or Expedited).

    Standard Shipping (United States & International): 

    • Orders are processed within 4 days (Monday through Saturday).

    Expedited Shipping (United States Only)

    Expedited shipping (2-Day or Next-Day Delivery) is only available for items shipping from California.

    • Orders placed Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) by 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST: Ship the same day

    • Orders placed Monday through Saturday after 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST, on Sundays, or on holidays: Ship the following business day


    Transit & Delivery Time

    Once your order is shipped, transit times will vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.

    Domestic

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days M-F after the order is shipped. For orders shipped to U.S. territories or locations outside the 48 contiguous states (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), delivery may take longer.

    • 2-Day Air: Delivery occurs within 2 days Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, after the order is shipped. No delivery Sunday.

    International 

    • Standard Shipping:Delivery typically occurs within 14 business days M-F, excluding holidays, after the order is shipped.

    • Premium Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days M-F after the order is shipped.

    Tracking Your Order
